Responsibilities:
- Manage a full docket of trademark-related deadlines.
- Prepare/file US trademark applications, renewal applications, and other USPTO filings.
- File documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
- Create customized trademark records reports for clients.
- Investigate infringing uses of trademarks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal at a law firm.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institution preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
