Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients with illnesses and/or disabilities in a designated area under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Direct and coordinate patient care with the nursing staff and other members of the health care team.
- Perform assigned administrative duties under the direction of the director of nursing or department administrator.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures for patient care and implementing them as directed by the director of nursing or department administrator.
- Comply with quality assurance procedures and follow-up on identified problems.
- Maintain adequate supplies of medications and equipment as directed by the director of nursing or department administrative staff.
- Other assigned duties with in the employee scope of practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
