What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Service Representative position at Grand River Casino?
SUMMARY:
Provides customers with beverages, change, and basic machine upkeep, all in a prompt and timely manner. Interacts positively with customers using grand service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Floor Service Representative performs paper fills and jackpots while maintaining proper machine records and performs minor maintenance on slot machines. He/she ensures proper coverage of the floor area or designated working area, providing service to all customers such as serving beverages, making change, giving information on casino & resort and slot machine payouts. The Floor Service Representative assists in all areas of the casino and performs any other duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisors. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
PREREQUISITES:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license. Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or GED.
PHYSICAL: Must be physically able to withstand continued walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting for periods of 8 hours or more and lift up to 15 pounds.
