What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Clinician position at Grand River Health?

BASIC FUNCTION: The Licensed Mental Health Clinician is a part of the Grand River Health Clinic West's treatment team that identifies, triages and provides mental health treatment to patients of all ages with behavioral health issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
- Assists in the detection of at-risk clients and provides assessments and interventions to prevent further psychological deterioration.
- May teach clients, families and staff about care, prevention and treatment enhancement techniques.
- Responsible for ensuring that the biopsychosocial needs of clients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires current Colorado licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PSY)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
- 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in an integrated clinical setting preferred but not required.
SALARY INFORMATION :
$31.05 - $38.42 Dependent on Experience
$5,000 Bonus (If Eligible)
