Grand Slam Track is a premier global professional track league featuring matchups between the fastest stars in the sport. Founded by track legend Michael Johnson, the league will host four annual Slams taking place between April and September, with eight Racers competing in one of 12 event groups. At the beginning of each season, four Racers per group make the starting roster to contest each Slam. The next four Racers in each group are the Challengers, whose recent performances unlock a lane to the most compelling head-to-head clashes on earth. Each athlete will compete twice over the course of the weekend with the best combined placing determining the Slam champion.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will play a critical dual role in supporting the executive team while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Los Angeles office. This individual will act as a trusted partner to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential matters with discretion. In addition, they will oversee office management duties, fostering a productive and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles office to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Coordinate with IT and other service providers to address office infrastructure needs.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues, including maintenance and security.
Operational Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition to the office environment.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, vendor invoicing, and compliance-related activities.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed, adapting to the fast-paced nature of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 4-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Experience managing office budgets and vendor contracts is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of executives and the team.
COMPENSATION:
- Salary: $70-80k base plus annual bonus
