Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with inventory management background to join our dynamic sales team.
This role is responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
- Maintain inventory levels within two systems and within Excel spreadsheets for multiple customers.
- Produce work orders daily based on inventory levels/communicate with customers to determine the best option for processing material.
- Troubleshoot/correct EDI/ASN issues.
- Create and arrange loads/delivery appointments for all customers.
- Maintain good communication skills with each customer to ensure we're meeting their needs and expectations.
