- Support residents with memory care and dementia-related needs, fostering a safe and engaging environment.
- Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Assist with mobility and transportation within the facility as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents.
Skills
- Strong understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in caregiving.
- Experience in memory care or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform patient monitoring effectively while maintaining a compassionate demeanor.
