Summary Clean public areas of the resort, guest check in, conference room, public bathrooms etc. Responsible to maintain a level of cleanliness in the housekeeping area and wash, dry and fold all linens in the laundry room. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize public areas using established practice and procedure. Wash, dry and fold all linens in the laundry room. Launder cleaning rags etc.. Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty / clean recycling and trash containers. Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds. This is not an exhaustive list of duties others may be added as necessary. Check all public trash bins. RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and resort guests at all times. Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay. Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor. Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures. Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others. Drive in accordance with the law and resort policies. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
