Job Summary:
You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Responsible for leading the administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department and assisting in outlets as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village
- Wage: $19.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Food and Beverage managers, supervisors, and line level staff
- Assist F&B Manager with the creation of presentations and other deliverables that arise throughout the season
- Manage and monitor payroll for all outlets, including: time punches, tips/service charge logs, overtime, ad-hoc, and outlet schedules
- Create and receive purchase orders
- Assist with monthly beverage inventory and seasonal departmental asset inventories (linen, china, glass and silver) to ensure appropriate pairs are on hand to ensure efficient departmental operations
- Create requisitions for needed items for Pool and Whistle Pig Manager on their days off.
- Support F&B Management initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous Food and Beverage Experience
- TIPs Certified
- POS systems experience
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Need to be detail oriented
- Prior Supervisory Experience
