**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Building Services Professional to join our team at Grand Tradition. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities, including routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Physical Demands:**
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to talk clearly and hear responses.
- Must have the ability to receive detailed information through hearing and to make discriminations in sound.
- Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and climb stairs.
- Must be able to reach, grasp and finger objects and operate business and cleaning equipment.
- Manual dexterity required for keyboard functions, and repetitive motions.
- Minimum visual acuity requirements include reading numbers, printed instructions and video display terminals.
- Must be able to exert weights of up to ninety (90) pounds of force on an occasional basis, and twenty (20) pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
