What You’ll Do :
- Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Operational Financial Management : Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations.
- Internal Controls and Compliance : Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the Financial Management team, fostering professional growth and ensuring efficient departmental operations.
- Audit and Tax Compliance : Manage external audits, prepare necessary financial documents, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
