Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pies, pastries, and other baked goods according to company recipes and standards.
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation of baked goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and storage areas.
- Assist in ingredient inventory management and communicate supply needs.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting daily production goals.
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
