What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Team Member position at Grand Traverse Pie Company?
Seeking energetic team member to wait on customers in fast-casual bakery/cafe. Must be able to multi-task, enjoy fast paced work environment, and give excellent customer care/service in face to face counter interactions as well as over the phone.
Duties beyond ringing in orders on Posi system include restocking pies and bakery items, packaging bakery items, cleaning lobby, answering phone, maintaining an organized and tidy work environment, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
