SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Knowledge of casino events and promotions as well as area attractions
- Promote facility, services, programs and events while interacting with guests.
- Routinely perform inspection of shuttle bus for mechanical, safety, or equipment problems
- Maintain a high-level of cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle buses
- Record all required reports and data-entry on appropriate forms
- Familiarity with all rules, regulations and policies pertaining to assigned duties
- Perform and adhere to proper procedures for signing keys and shuttle busses in and out for each shift
- Stay informed of all events by reading department communications that are posted
- Other duties as assigned by management
OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must pass DOT Physical Exam.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality. The needs for quickness and ease of adjustment to the work environment and flexibility to change are essential in this position.
- Must be informative and deal effectively with guests and employees while being friendly at all times.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a current, valid CDL license; Group C, B, or A with Passenger Endorsement.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a driving record free of any alcohol or drug related convictions within the last 10 years and may not have more than 6 points in moving violations in the last 24 months.
- Driver’s license may not have been revoked at any time in the last 36 months.
