Are you looking for a new, unique experience where you can use your bartending skills? We're looking for an experienced bartender to be part of our team! The Union Grille is a 60-seat, fine-dining restaurant with an intimate bar setting, set within a historic, renovated 26 guest room hotel. In the High season (June-September) we expand onto our patio by the Missouri River for more dining and guest lounging and are busting at the seams with travelers from all over the country and World!

We offer a top-notch, fine dining experience featuring locally sourced ingredients and elevated dishes, as well as a full bar featuring top shelf liquors and a nicely appointed wine list to match our delicious cuisine, as well as a fine beer/microwbrew selection.

Experience in all aspects of a full-service bar is a must; experience in a bar/sit-down/fine dining restaurant is preferred, but not required. The right candidates are confidant and outgoing, as you will be working with the public and fellow employees.

Traditionally, tips for this establishment are peak in the industry, helping make this an attractive job for Great Falls and surrounding areas. Fort Benton is located approximately a half hour drive from Great Falls. We have employees who make this drive every day and find it easy and even enjoyable!

All Bartender positions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Knowledge of the food menu for serving dinner to guests at the Bar
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Keep bar area clean/tidy, including readying bar at end of shift for next shift
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificates

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Full time Bartender, seasonal or year around.

Wage: Starting at $13/hour plus tips.
