Responsibilities
Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Surgeons Practice and become a valued member of our team.

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions such as :
- handling the arrival and / or departure of patients in the practice,
- handling patient calls and inquiries,
- coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance / billing information, and
- performing point of service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
The Patient Service Representative must have good communication skills, and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 4;30pm.
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma / GED, required.
Over 1 year experience in a medical office preferred.
