Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepares and serves drinks, beer, and wine with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates prompt, friendly, and caring guest service, ensuring a positive interaction with guests both within the designated department and throughout the store.
- Greets guests warmly and always maintains a pleasant demeanor.
- Takes guest orders, follows check procedures, and collaborates with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.
- Safely handles food, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas.
- Checks and assesses the freshness and quality of food and drink ingredients.
- Ensures an ample food supply, placing orders for necessary products and supplies.
- Prices products as required and anticipates daily product needs for the department.
- Manages product check-ins, storage, and invoice review as necessary.
- Operates department registers, handling transactions and providing change when applicable.
- Adheres strictly to personal hygiene and dress code guidelines set by the department and company.
- May be responsible for dishwashing to maintain cleanliness in the area.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed.
