We’re looking for a dynamic, friendly, and detail-loving individual to take command of our guest experience behind the counter. You'll be crafting both killer coffee and classy cocktails, owning your station like a true service legend, and making guests feel like VIPs with every order.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Here’s what your day could look like:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and a side of great vibes

• Take and fulfill drink & food orders with speed, style, and precision

• Master the art of coffee and espresso drinks (latte art fans, welcome!)

• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and confidently

• Keep the work area spotless and organized.

• Monitor food freshness and make sure we’re always fully stocked

• Receive inventory and price items as needed

• Operate registers, make change, and ensure every transaction is smooth

• Wash a dish or two (or ten—let’s keep it real)

• Collaborate with teammates to create a fun, efficient, and friendly environment

• And of course, jump into other duties as assigned—because teamwork makes the dream work

What You Bring:

• You’re 18 and ready to responsibly handle alcohol

• A passion for hospitality and top-tier guest service

• A great ear (for listening), great eyes (for detail), and a great smile (for vibes)

• Multitasking like a pro: talking, listening, brewing and cleaning.

• Self-motivation and results-driven mindset

• Time management skills that keep everything (and everyone) on track

• Flexibility in schedule and attitude

Experience & Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous guest service experience in a higher-end coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a big plus
