Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality skin and body care services in accordance with spa standards.
- Master and implement spa-specific treatments and product lines through provided training.
- Respond effectively to individual guest needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and treatment rooms to uphold hygiene standards.
- Restock linens and products at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assess guests and apply skin care techniques based on indications or contraindications.
- Adhere to all spa standards and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to cater to individual guest needs.
- Holistic approach to wellness and a commitment to maintaining spa standards.
- Ability to learn and implement spa-specific treatments and product lines through provided training.
- Advanced Practice license is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience:
- Current Advanced Practice Esthetician license in the state of Minnesota is required.
- Proven experience as a Esthetician, preferably in a spa or resort setting is preferred, but not required.
