Your Mission:

• Maintain a Pristine Spa Sanctuary: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Keep Things Flowing: Restock linens and products to ensure seamless service.
• Be a Skincare Detective: Assess guests' needs and apply appropriate techniques based on their unique skin concerns.
• Uphold Spa Excellence: Adhere to spa standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What You Bring:

• Customer Service Passion: You're dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Communication Prowess: You have strong communication skills and a talent for connecting with guests on a personal level.
• Holistic Approach: You believe in the power of wellness and are committed to promoting a holistic approach to beauty and self-care.

• License to Glow: Advanced Practice license is preferred but not required.

Your Expertise:

• Licensed Esthetician: Current Advanced Practice or Regular Esthetician license in Minnesota is required.
• Spa Experience a Plus: Previous experience as an Esthetician, preferably in a spa or resort setting, is a bonus!
