The responsibility of the Information Systems Administrator is to maintain, upgrade and manage the software, hardware and networks. The Information Systems Administrator should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. The applicant must have the patience to communicate with a variety of properties, departments, users, and associates.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Maintain the Server physical & virtual Infrastructure.
- Work with managed service vendor to ensure servers and PCs are kept up to date and secure
- Follow up on incidents and alerts to ensure system stability
- Regularly perform security and software updates to backend servers’ hosts and storage
- Work with MDR to ensure protection services are deployed and maintained.
- Follow up on incidents and alerts
- Administer VOIP phone system
- Mitel
- Avaya
- Assist with documentation for PCI compliance – work with IT Director to meet PCI compliance standards
- Install server software for multiple application required for running the properties
- Administer POS system and work with vendors to troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues
- Act as escalation point for IT Helpdesk
- Work with cloud software vendors on integrations require for full stack connectivity
- Communicate with vendors to resolve problems, evaluate new solutions, and audit contractual agreements
- Provide 24-hour on-call emergency IT support on rotation
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring server infrastructure and software
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and expanding your skillset
- Advanced computer knowledge of software and systems troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb stairs/ladders, and perform hands-on troubleshooting
- Willingness to work weekends as needed and travel for property visits and conferences.
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- On-site position reporting to either the Nisswa, MN or the Eden Prairie, MN office location
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with troubleshooting servers and performance issues
- Minimum of 2 years working with Active Directory Domain Services including user configurations, security groups, file share permissions, and group policy objects
- Minimum of 1 year experience with managing a VOIP enterprise phone system
- Minimum of 2 years administering a Virtual system such as VMware
- Experience administrating or troubleshooting phone systems
