Position Overview:
We are looking for fun, energetic, people to be a part of our Kid's Club Program! Team members in their role will be responsible for providing excellent, memorable experiences for kids ages 4-12 while maintaining outstanding professionalism.
Kid's Program employees will teach authentic western horsemanship as well as assisting and guiding kids during many other ranch activities. Team members must be friendly, positive, and enthusiastic. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise activities for children in the kid’s club.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
- Plan and implement creative and age-appropriate programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding club activities and their children's participation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Education & Experience:
- Childcare certification or experience (if applicable to kids club duties).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
