Your Mission:

- Maintain a Pristine Spa Sanctuary: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Uphold Spa Excellence: Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate maintenance needs to the Massage Spa Services Manager and Spa Director.
- Be a Team Player: Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Provide Professionalism: Provide services with professionalism, prioritizing guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Follow Established Protocols: Follow established massage treatment protocols and assist in developing new services and product recommendations.
- Perform Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Expertise:
- Experience Preferred: 1-2 years of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership experience is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, along with two years of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Cash Handling: Cash-handling experience preferred.
