Duties & Responsibilities:

- Fitness Center:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of fitness equipment.
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests regarding equipment usage.
- Conduct fitness classes or activities as scheduled.
- Pool Area:
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations around the pool area.
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about pool amenities.
- Organize and oversee poolside activities and events.
- Kids Club:
- Coordinate and supervise activities for children in the kid’s club.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
- Plan and implement creative and age-appropriate programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding club activities and their children's participation.
- NorthPark Store:
- Manage the daily operations of the NorthPark store.
- Assist guests with purchases and provide information about available products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and restock beverages as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about recreational facilities and resort amenities.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate schedules and activities.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations (if applicable to store duties).
Education & Experience:
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and recreational activities.
- Lifeguard certification (if applicable to pool duties).
- Childcare certification or experience (if applicable to kids club duties).
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
