Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead by example! Supervise, mentor, and motivate the reservations team, keeping them on track while holding them accountable to our high standards.
- Be the booking hero! Manage reservations for rooms, spa appointments, tee times, activities, and dinner reservations at our beautiful Cote Family Destination properties.
- Get ahead of the game! Review historical call volumes and trends to predict future patterns (you're the soothsayer of the reservation world).
- Foster communication and collaboration! Build and maintain strong relationships across all departments with frequent, open communication.
- Train like a pro! Assist with developing and executing training plans that make our team the best in the business.
- Keep our guests happy! Ensure service standards are upheld to guarantee satisfaction and resolve any service recovery issues.
- Be the go-to person! Assist with special reservations for VIP guests, trade-ins, and comps.
- Handle all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our reservations center run smoothly.
