Responsibilities:
- First Tee Welcome: Greet guests and provide course information.
- Tee Time Efficiency: Ensure prompt and efficient tee-offs.
- Pace of Play: Keep players organized and maintain a steady pace.
- Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
- Multitasking Master: Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Other Duties: As assigned to ensure a great guest experience.
Job Requirements:
- Golf Passion: Strong knowledge and love for the game.
- Customer Service Star: Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Pressure Pro: Ability to work well under pressure.
- Communication Ace: Excellent communication skills.
- Experience Preferred: Previous customer service or golf experience is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Golf/Hospitality: Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
