Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet customers, answer questions about merchandise and course amenities, and provide assistance.
- Smooth Transactions: Process purchases, handle cash/credit, and maintain accurate records.
- Merchandise Maestro: Receive, stock, display, and manage inventory, keeping the shop visually appealing.
- Rental Rockstar: Coordinate equipment rentals, ensuring they're clean and ready.
- Tee Time Guru: Assist with scheduling tee times and provide course information.
- Admin Ace: Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle administrative tasks.
- Customer Champion: Build relationships, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols for a great experience.
- Team Player: Collaborate with staff for smooth operations.
