Job Title: Housekeeper

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Housekeepers to join our team at an assisted living community in Deland, Florida. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and other designated areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
