Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team from Wednesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 8 PM. The successful candidate will assist in organizing, supervising, and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to meet the individual needs of our Memory Care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate engaging therapeutic activities for Memory Care residents.
- Supervise residents during activities to ensure safety and participation.
- Collaborate with the care team to assess and address the specific needs of each resident.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.
- Document resident participation and progress in activities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in Alzheimer’s Care or similar fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak clearly.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions effectively.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents.
