Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after meals
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address resident needs and preferences with care and attention
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dining or customer service role preferred
