Job Title : Maintenance TechnicianLocation : Boynton BeachJob Type : Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance functions throughout our gorgeous property in Boynton Beach. The ideal candidate will be attentive to details and have a willingness to work alongside our Director of Maintenance.Responsibilities : - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner- Work collaboratively with the Director of Maintenance to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard- Be flexible in your schedule with abilities to work some weekends and holidaysRequirements : - High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and practices- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysIf you are a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for maintaining beautiful properties, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Salary Description 16 - 18 per hour DOE
