Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our premier assisted living community in Palm Bay, including our memory care community
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure proper upkeep of the facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to maintenance work
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and procedures
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner
