Our beautiful residential care facility located in Deerfield Beach is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing and supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful working environment that attracts potential residents, their family members, and high-quality employees. You will also support our mission to serve our residents with the highest level of care.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that all care staff are providing high-quality care to our residents
• Assess, redesign, and implement care plans for residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Ensure that all care staff are following standards and practices in dementia care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all residents' needs are met
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their family members
