As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with clients and guiding them through their insurance options. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities having your year-end salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 .

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on Home, Auto, Life, and Financial products, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by securing new business and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
  • Leverage networking opportunities to grow your client base through referrals and local partnerships.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and Allstate products to provide top-notch advice.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active insurance property and casualty license (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Proven sales experience with a strong ability to build client relationships and close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing the best solutions for clients.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads and clients efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Our ideal candidate will have Allstate Insurance sales experience.
  • Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
