Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home LVN services to patients in their homes in multiple locations including but not limited to these areas:
l Palm Springs l Desert Hot Springs l Yucca Valley l Joshua Tree l Twentynine Palms
l Cathedral City l Thousand Palms l Rancho Mirage l Palm Desert l Indian Wells l Bermuda Dunes l La Quinta l Indio l Coachella l Thermal l Mecca
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

- At least one (1) year of experience as an LVN, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California LVN license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
