Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Purchasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing parts and materials to support our AC operations. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that we have the parts we need, when we need them.
Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase parts and materials to support HVAC operations
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and delivery times
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and supplier information
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that we have the necessary parts and materials on hand to meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new and innovative suppliers
- Ensure that all purchases are in compliance with company policies and procedures
