- Increase maintenance agreements based on existing and prospective customers to meet HVAC needs
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Prospect new opportunities and accounts with strategic cold-calling techniques
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
- Participate in community activities and organizations
- Conduct assessments of current HVAC equipment
