Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Setup, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory, Office 365, and other business applications.
- Support and maintain printers, VoIP phones, and other office IT equipment.
- Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Work with senior IT staff on infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies projects.
- Participate in routine system monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with ½ hour lunch. Some Saturdays may be required for special projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and IT ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
