Featherstone Assisted Living of Moore is an assisted living community for adults aged 50 and older. We promote health and wellness by providing opportunities for physical activity, social engagement, and lifelong learning.
Position Summary:
This full-time, on-site position promotes the well-being of residents by assisting with the programming and development of the social programming for Featherstone Assisted Living. This includes event planning, program evaluation, communication, collaborating with partner organizations, new resident orientation, assisting with the management of the facilities master schedule, coordinating the monthly Program Guide and digital signage, managing the volunteer program, and other tasks as required. This position is a key contributing member of our team and reports to the Executive Director/Administrator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative, engaging programming to empower and enhance the well-being of members aged 50 and older.
- Research and analyze member interest and needs. help with designing programs to meet those needs. Assist with planning and coordination of special events and social activities.
- Assist with the coordination of the facility’s volunteer program. Serve as the point of contact for volunteer-led member groups.
- Assist with the evaluation impact of programs and services offered by Featherstone. Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the Development and maintain rapport with residents. Address resident concerns and issues while displaying excellent customer service skills.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in a manner that engenders rapport and credibility.
- Market Featherstone programs and activities. Update monthly program guide.
- Assist with Coordination of the scheduling of facility activities, compiling monthly and quarterly calendars.
- Assist in preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
