Job Title : Dining Room Manager
Our restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our dining room runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Direct and supervise the dining room staff, including bartenders and bar staff
- Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Ensure that the dining room is properly staffed and maintained
- Assist with any concerns during in-house banqueting events
- Fill in as needed by business demand on the dining floor and in the bar
- Establish and oversee standards of customer service
- Ensure all staff is properly trained on responsible alcohol service
