This is a part time position for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7 am - 3 : 00 pm
Who We Are :
NINE-TEN Restaurant is one of San Diego’s first ‘farm-to-table’ restaurants and one of the regions finest dining establishments. Holding the reins is Executive Chef, Jason Knibb, who boasts an abundance of industry honors including “San Diego’s Chef of the Year”, and a Rising Star Chef Winner (one of only two chefs in San Diego to be recognized for this coveted honor). Add to that on-site Pastry Chef, Jose Alonzo III, and a very long list of awards and accolades including Michelin “Plate Distinction” recognition.
The Role :
Answer phones and schedule dining room reservations using Open Table. Arrange parties and special events for diners. Greet guests and escort them to their tables. Pull out guests chairs and provide menus. Assist in moving tables and chairs for large parties. Pour waters for guest when necessary. Prepare coffee drinks including espressos, hot teas and brewed coffee. Maintain stock of necessary coffee ingredients. Assist in folding napkins. Keep host stand clean. Other duties may be assigned.
