What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bank Security Officer position at Grander Guard Services?
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the bank premises, employees, and customers
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Conduct regular patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminals and provide a sense of security for customers and employees
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures regarding security and safety measures
Experience:
- Previous experience in conflict management and loss prevention is preferred
- Possession of relevant certificates such as surveillance or CCTV training is a plus
- Familiarity with militarized security protocols is advantageous
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and law enforcement personnel

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
