Field Supervisor
Must have 2- 5yrs experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of security officers and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Provide guidance and support to security officers in the execution of their post-orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Conduct training sessions for new security officers to ensure they are properly trained on job duties and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports on productivity, equipment usage, and any incidents or accidents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the field supervisor role or loss prevention industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
