About us
We are Grander Guard Services and we are looking for a professional security officer to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe, and report.

Responsibilities are to be Punctual
- Interior/exterior
- Greet all personnel
- Utilize Extraordinary Customer Care (ECC) guidelines, engaging all Residents and team members with the utmost professionalism.
- Maintain a physical presence in the main entrance or parking lot and continually patrol and move throughout the assigned area during the scheduled shift.
- Be a presence that aids in visually deterring and dispersing loiterers off the premises.
- Remain alert, pleasant, and approachable throughout your shift. Showing alertness and focus on guests and residents by not leaning on fixtures, display cases, counters, or walls.
- Report any observations of suspicious activities to management.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- A trained security officer or ability to be trained
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment (training available)
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- Criminal Justice Degree (Preferred)
- Reliable
- Punctual
