Position: Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Pay: $20/hour, paid bi-weekly

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO, Melvin AC Howell, in managing various aspects of the business and other ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative duties.
- Manage and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support business development efforts, including research, communication with partners, and preparation of materials.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects across the CEO’s various businesses, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $20/hour, with payment every two weeks.
- Performance reviews will be conducted at 30, 60, and 90 days for potential raises based on performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
