Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and changes in behavior or condition.
- Assist with mobility needs, including transferring residents safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Document resident care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Skills
- Experience in assisted living or similar setting is highly desirable. Memory Care experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality personal care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
