RCA Resident Care Aide

GrandeVille Senior Living Community is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of care. Part time and full time positions available. Our shifts are as follows: Day(7a-3p), Evening(3p-11p), and Overnight(11p-7a). This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly and memory care residents in various healthcare settings and possess the skills necessary to deliver personalized care tailored to each individual's needs. We are seeking dependable, reliable individuals who want to be part of our team.

**MUST FOLLOW EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIREMENT AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!**

**Higher hourly rate available to those with applicable experience.

Duties

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and changes in behavior or condition.
• Assist with mobility needs, including transferring residents safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Document resident care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Skills

• Experience in assisted living or similar setting is highly desirable. Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality personal care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
