Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and maintain thorough documentation.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of the Grandma’s House facility.
• Organize and manage donations and shelter supplies.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet state-mandated ratios.
• Provide a safe, structured environment through active interaction and mentoring.
• Maintain consistent communication between staff, parents, and referral sources.
• Manage food inventory and ordering, and coordinate food donations.
• Facilitate family mediations and support the development of independent living resources.
• Serve as a member of the leadership team and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program management, especially within a social services or residential care setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• On-call availability for emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
