Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and maintain thorough documentation.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of the Grandma’s House facility.
- Organize and manage donations and shelter supplies.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet state-mandated ratios.
- Provide a safe, structured environment through active interaction and mentoring.
- Maintain consistent communication between staff, parents, and referral sources.
- Manage food inventory and ordering, and coordinate food donations.
- Facilitate family mediations and support the development of independent living resources.
- Serve as a member of the leadership team and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, especially within a social services or residential care setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- On-call availability for emergencies.
