The Grandover Resort and Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is now accepting applications for a Part-Time Reservation Agent.
The Reservation Agent responds to all room, hotel information, and activity inquiries promptly and professionally, and is responsible to input reservations into the hotel reservation system with accuracy. Other daily duties include answering the phone and filing.
Weekly Paychecks!!!
Work hours are 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. 3-4 days weekly.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries or problems.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills & reservations experience a plus.
- Intermediate experience working with basic computer programs (MS Office and Outlook).
- Previous hotel experience and prior call center experience (preferred).
- Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong keyboard skills (required).
Background check and drug screen are required.
