Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support our VP of Marketing & Brand Development in bringing our ideas to life. The Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing & Brand Development to execute diverse marketing initiatives. Think of yourself as the “go-to” helper – supporting all aspects of the marketing department including social media campaigns, email marketing tasks, assisting with communications efforts, contributing to creative projects, and more.

Responsibilities:
- General Marketing Execution: Partner with the VP of Marketing & Brand Development to see a variety of projects through to completion - no task too big or small!
- Events Calendar & Donations Management: Maintain detailed calendars for all upcoming events, coordinate donation requests, and follow through to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Online Reviews: Monitor and respond to online reviews to bolster our brand reputation and engage with customers.
- Social Media Support: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Mindset: Driven, proactive, and ready to learn. Experience is great, but enthusiasm and work ethic are key.
- Team Player: Comfortable taking direction and jumping in wherever needed to meet deadlines.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with basic marketing tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage calendars, reviews, and donation requests with thorough follow-up.
